To start using the MT4 trading platform and to appreciate its potential in full measure, you will need to open the demo or real trading account, to install the program follow the instruction enclosed below:
Step 1. Download the MT4 terminal
The MT4 trading platform is provided absolutely free and it can be downloaded on our portal, clicking the "Download the MT4 Terminal" button in the Private office or on the GuruTrade demo accounts from RoboForex welcome page. Wait until loading of MT4 terminal setup file is complete and next pass to the following installation step.
Step 2. Start the process of program installation
So, when the setup file is downloaded, to start the installation of the program double-click on the file. After setup file activation in the Windows operating system will appear a window questioning your permission to continue the installation process. To continue, press the button "Run the application".Step 3. Accept program terms and conditions of use
Read program terms and conditions of use, place a check mark at the point "Yes, I agree with all terms and conditions of use of this license agreement", then press the button "Next".
The program is automatically installed in the system folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\MetaTrader 4". If you need to install the program in another directory, click on the "Setup" button before passing to the following steps, and specify a required location of the program files. After that press "Next".
Step 4. Wait until the program installation is complete
From this step, the program installation will proceed in the automatic mode, the files loading progress will be displayed by the green indicator. After completion of all necessary actions on the screen, there will appear a message "Installation is complete successfully" after which it will be possible to close a dialog window clicking the button "Done".
Step 5. Connect to the trading account
After finishing the installation procedure, the MT4 terminal will run on your computer. In the terminal section "File" choose the line "Login to Trade Account", enter account login and the password in the authorization window. Pressing the "Login" button the trading platform authorization will be finished.
Step 6. Start trading
